I've been constantly thinking of new ways to physically involve myself with this blog. I want to do more than just find things on the internet of my interest. I want to find a way to push my self, my artistry, etc. Lately, and probably for a while, Maison Martin Margiela has continued to blow my mind. His fashion, in my eyes, is a work of art. His clothes are among the few that can be hung in an art gallery and get the same respect as any other work of art. Not only that, but his work is very contemporary. The viewer can get an idea of what is going on. Not only are his aesthetics strong, but his concepts as well. This is the direction in which I've always wanted to take my work, being fashion design, painting, printmaking, collage, etc. Again I thought to myself, "What can I do to make this blog experience more of an actual experience?" This blog is all about what inspires and motivates me. So at the end of the day I am inspired and motivated but what am I doing about it besides posting pictures, videos, etc(3)? This is when the light bulb above my head pops up. I am going to create a work of art based on what I post. It may be out of this world and it may be small. It'll be something, none the less.
